Commissions

You agree to receive any earned commissions through PayPal or Alertpay Only.

Number of Accounts

You agree to only create 1 (ONE) account only. Anyone caught with more than one account will have ALL accounts deleted immediately.

EMAILS

By joining K.I.S.S My Adz YOU AGREE TO RECEIVE UP TO 24 EMAILS EVERY 24HRS FROM kissmyadz@gmail.com, and admin emails, although it will rarely reach these numbers. The number of solo ads you receive will vary according to the activity at the site, but will not exceed 24 in any 24 hour period (unless necessary to clear a large number of solo ads, if the need arises). You also agree that any emails you receive from K.I.S.S My Adz ARE NOT SPAM, because by joining the site you have given permission to receive these emails. If you feel you are receiving too many you can delete your account at any time via the link provided at the bottom of each message. Please add this email address to your address book and mark all emails from kissmyadz@gmail.com as NOT SPAM. This is to ensure all members get other members' Solo Ads as well as website updates, commissions info etc. Again, these emails may be for updates, account issues, K.I.S.S My Adz promotions including but not limited to Solo Ads from K.I.S.S My Adz members or anything that K.I.S.S My Adz needs to relay to all members. You also agree to receive up to 2 emails every 7 days from your sponsor from the referral mailer. Your sponsor will not know your email address. 

Posting Solo Ads, Text Ads, Banners, Login Ads & Traffic Links

No Autoresponders or Bounced Emails are allowed

If your email address bounces or is sent back to K.I.S.S My Adz with a message from an autoresponder or boxbe, you risk having your account deleted. Once your account is deleted you will have to contact Martin Ledley to upgrade you back to Pro if you were a Pro member. You will be required to show proof of your Upgrade to Pro by supplying your PayPal or Alertpay transaction ID#. All referrals, points and COMMISSIONS will be lost if your account is deleted. 

Liability
K.I.S.S My Adz is a promotional marketing tool used to help members promote all of their offers on the Internet. K.I.S.S My Adz does not make any promises written or implied as to the amount of money that can be made from K.I.S.S My Adz.

It is your responsibility to make sure your email address for your PayPal, Alertpy or Safepay account is correct. Commission payments made to the wrong account because of an incorrectly entered id is your responsibility. Should your account at PayPal, Alertpay or Safepay be locked or restricted for any reason, that is also your responsibility. K.I.S.S My Adz will not be held liable.

Policies
All policies, rules and regulations are the final decision of K.I.S.S My Adz.  We reserve the right to modify, add or change any policies as we deem necessary at any time. All members agree that they will not hold K.I.S.S My Adz liable for any items or policies within this program.

Refunds
Once you pay for your lifetime membership or buy any advertising, there are no refunds (except under certain circumstances, agreed by the member and owner). By joining and paying for any paid portion of K.I.S.S My Adz, you agree to all the terms and conditions on this page.

Pro Upgrades
Members upgraded by admin for various reasons DO NOT count towards commissions earned by the referrer, as no upgrade fee has been paid. These upgrades may sometimes slip through the net (due to my stupidity :-), and so there is a slight possibility that commissions owed might be higher than actually earned for a brief time. These cases will be rare (if they ever happen). We can't give commission unless we've been paid, otherwise this TAE wouldn't last very long! Also, anyone who receives a Pro account without either paying for it, winning it in a competition or prize draw, or by being upgraded manually by Admin (in other words, stealing) will be immediately deleted and other Admins will be warned of such activity.

Text Ad Submitters
K.I.S.S My Adz will return any ads that promote the use of automatic submitters. These programs are bad for Text Ad Exchanges and we will not support any action that encourages the use of such sites. Any K.I.S.S My Adz member who is a member of such a site and posts ads to K.I.S.S My Adz via that site, or any member that continually promotes such sites, will be deleted. K.I.S.S My Adz does NOT give any owner of a Text Ad Submitter site permission to add K.I.S.S My Adz to any such site or list.

SPAM
K.I.S.S My Adz has a zero tolerance for spam. Anyone caught spamming will be deleted from the program and is subject to civil and criminal prosecution including up to $50,000 in fines.  If you are to include K.I.S.S My Adz's name or URL in any email promotion, please only email to your own "double-optin" subscribers.  Safelists are also allowed as well as downline mailing programs such as YourLuckyList.

The following are grounds for termination of your account:

To send unsolicited emails to anyone that is not on your own personal double-optin list.   If this does not make sense to you, then do not include promotions for K.I.S.S My Adz in emails.
To falsify user information provided to K.I.S.S My Adz or to other users of the service in connection with K.I.S.S My Adz, or any of it's other sites.
To use the K.I.S.S My Adz name and URL via bought commercial bulk email lists.
 

K.I.S.S My Adz reserves the right to delete any member who is abusive or threatening in ANY way whatsoever, immediately and without notice. If a member has a problem there is no need to be abusive, as Admin will endeavour to solve any problem reasonably and as quickly as possible. We are here to help, not hinder, and won't deliberatly cause a member trouble. Curtesy doesn't cost anything.

K.I.S.S My Adz reserves the right to delete any member who, in the opinion of the owner, appears to be attempting to cheat by gaining points, ads, referrals or upgrades in a manner that is deemed unfair.

K.I.S.S My Adz considers the above practices to constitute abuse of our service and of the recipients of such unsolicited mailings and/or postings who often bear the expense. Therefore, these practices are prohibited by K.I.S.S My Adz terms and conditions of service. Engaging in one or more of these practices will result in termination of the offender's account.

In addition, we have the right, where feasible, to implement technical mechanisms which block multiple postings as described above before they are forwarded.

Nothing contained in this policy shall be construed to limit K.I.S.S My Adz actions or remedies in any way with respect to any of the foregoing activities.

K.I.S.S My Adz reserves the right to take any and all additional actions it may deem appropriate with respect to such activities, including without limitation taking action to recover the costs and expenses of identifying offenders and removing them from the program.

In addition, K.I.S.S My Adz reserves at all times all rights and remedies available to it with respect to such activities at law or in equity.

We use IP tracking devices. Any user that is found to blatantly violate this agreement will be banned from the program indefinitely and may be subject to civil and criminal prosecution.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. We may also make changes to these rules, regulations, and policies at any time.

By becoming a Free Member or a Pro Member of K.I.S.S My Adz, you agree to all of the above terms and conditions.
